Khatri Gemshas a transparent & fair Return Policy. Customer are entitled to 100% return & can raise requestst for the same within 10 days from date of delivery ithe f below conditions are met. Conditions To Be Eligible For Return & Exchange Customer gets a 100% refund if the gemstone is proven synthetic/artificially by any approved / reputed gemological institute. Khatri Gems provides 100% Natural gemstones with certificate of authenticity. If the item delivered is not as per the description mentioned on our website. If the item is found damaged or not in good condition on delivery. Damages due to neglect, or improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy. We make sure items are dispatched after proper quality checks & good packaging from our end. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition and accompanied by Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation etc. All requests forth the return of the product have to be placed within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. No requests for returns after ten (10) days from date of delivery will be processed. We don’t entertain return & refunds in any other case. Dealers who buy-back or exchange used gemstones, work on a business model where used gemstones are passed on to the next customer.
